⁃ Monthly maintenance $220.00+
⁃Maintenance for pools over 25,000 gallons start at $65.00/week billed monthly
⁃ Labor rate: $125.00/hr. (1 hour minimum)
⁃ Special trip charge: $50.00+
⁃ Filter clean/inspection: $150.00 plus parts
⁃ Salt cell cleaning/inspection: $125.00
⁃ Salt by the bag $13.00+/bag
⁃ Phosphate Treatment $250 (Requires 2 trips, commercial phosphate treatment chemicals, and a filter clean. Included in the menu price.)
– Manually Vacuuming your pool using hoses thru the system or deploying robotic cleaners to remove debris from your pool. Additional $50.00/per service

– Pre-service chemical readings
– Pool vacuuming using a self-contained riptide vacuum
– Pool brushing
– Pool Skimming
– Empty pool cleaner if applicable
– Empty skimmers and pump baskets
– Backwash and filter recharge if applicable
– Basic equipment checks
– Pool chemical balancing: Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity, Stabilizer (CYA), Calcium
– Pool water level check/advise
– Pool report and after service photos sent to your email inbox on file.
Services Not Included in Maintenance Price:
⁃ Filter cleans/inspections: $150.00 plus parts
⁃ Equipment repairs/installations $125.00/hr+
⁃ Plumbing repairs $125.00/hr+ Plus Parts
⁃ Pool cleaner (sweep) repairs, debris bags, or accessories (Bags/$25.00+, Repairs/$125.00/hr+ parts, Accessories/My cost)
⁃ Special trips $50.00+
⁃ Salt cell cleaning/inspection $125.00
⁃ Salt (40 lb bag) $13.00/bag+
⁃ Calcium removal (By appt or contract only!) Generally starts at $750.00
⁃ Phosphate Treatment $250 (Requires 2 trips, commercial phosphate treatment chemicals, and a filter clean. Included in the menu price.)
⁃ Programming automation systems (125.00+)
⁃ Vacuuming the pool through the system using hoses or robotic robots to remove excessive dirt (Hourly Rate)
⁃ Troubleshooting systems $125.00/hr+, Troubleshooting systems that were installed by another company (150.00+)
Leak Detection using pressure sensing technology with sound capabilities $750.00+ CALL FOR DETAILS>
Observed Holidays:
– New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day
– Good Friday
– Memorial Day
– Independence Day
– Labor Day
– Thanksgiving and the day after
– Christmas Eve/Christmas
Possible Service Delays:
⁃ – 4 days out of the year due to adverse weather conditions, sickness, or personal time off (vacation)
⁃ – If you are billed weekly, at the end of the month, holidays and possible service delays will not apply.
Possible Cancellation of Service.
– Failure to pay on time without notification. 5 emails and a text message reminder will be sent before service is cancelled.
– Failure to take the recommended actions to repair your broken pool. For example: Main pool pump inoperable for multiple weeks (+3), filter elements defective or filter not working properly, Defective/inoperable main pool pump timer.
– Furry Friends and Farm animals cannot be the main users of the swimming pool. (It happens):
